  • Just a water bottle (we have a fill station). We provide a mat & any equipment you’ll need for class.

  • Whatever you feel comfortable in - we recommend breathable, form-fitting clothing that allows maximum flexibility and movement.

    Grip socks are not required for barre. Sneakers requested for Strength classes.

  • Non-permit street parking is available on Frankford Ave & nearby cross streets. 

    Please allow additional time before class to find parking & pay attention to street signs.

  • You can access classes by downloading the bsport app (bsport is our booking platform).

    Or, you can access Membership. Login on our website: birdiesfitness.com/member-login

  • No - We ask that you reserve a spot at least 30 minutes before class start time. 

    This ensures the class is not full & we can set up a spot for you

  • not only can you - we encourage it! Movement can reduce discomfort & even assist with labor and delivery. 

    Classes are adaptable & modifications are offered. Let the instructor know ahead of class.

    Consult with your doctor with questions or concerns.

  • No shows and late cancellations may result in a $15 fee. 

    If you need to cancel within 8 hrs of class start time, contact us via email.

  • No, we currently do not offer ClassPass. However, we have a variety of membership options and class packages to suit different schedules and budgets. Feel free to reach out for more information on these options!

  • Please let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations before class so they can provide modifications to ensure a safe workout. We aim to create a supportive environment for all fitness levels and needs.
