Just a water bottle (we have a fill station). We provide a mat & any equipment you’ll need for class.

Whatever you feel comfortable in - we recommend breathable, form-fitting clothing that allows maximum flexibility and movement.
Grip socks are not required for barre. Sneakers requested for Strength classes.

Non-permit street parking is available on Frankford Ave & nearby cross streets.
Please allow additional time before class to find parking & pay attention to street signs.

You can access classes by downloading the bsport app (bsport is our booking platform).

No - We ask that you reserve a spot at least 30 minutes before class start time.
This ensures the class is not full & we can set up a spot for you

No shows and late cancellations may result in a $15 fee.
If you need to cancel within 8 hrs of class start time, contact us via email.

No, we currently do not offer ClassPass. However, we have a variety of membership options and class packages to suit different schedules and budgets. Feel free to reach out for more information on these options!

Please let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations before class so they can provide modifications to ensure a safe workout. We aim to create a supportive environment for all fitness levels and needs.
